Refill can be ordered by calling us on 469-297-4877 or you can enroll in auto refill and we will give you reminder call when you are due for your refill.

At your next appointment, ask your prescriber to send your prescriptions at Ultra Care Pharmacy, Lancaster, TX.  

 Just give us a call or  fill out a Transfer form or stop by at the pharmacy and provide us the name, Phone no of current pharmacy and the name of the medications you want to transfer. Then, we will take care of the rest.
