Developing strategic and tactical plans to achieve marketing objectives, including brand planning and strategy development.
Analyzes territory, establishes sales goals, create sales plan. A weekly schedule is to be completed and turned in on each Monday.
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue.
Identifies key referring physicians, personnel in hospitals, nursing homes, and managed care operations, builds opportunities to increase referral volume from these offices and sources.
Maintains ongoing contact with old and new referral sources.
Develop and manage budgets for sales and marketing activities.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
The ideal candidate will have: Bachelor’s degree in sales or marketing with Minimum 1 year of healthcare sales experience OR Equivalent 4 years of Pharmacy sale experience required.
Able to Establish strong relationships with key decision makers at primary care clinics.
Pharmaceutical Sales background and contacts with Pharma companies throughout Texas
Ability to interact with patients, medical staff and perform teamwork.
Reliable transportation to commute to doctor offices and clinics.
